Born and raised in Belleville, Ontario, Phil attended the University of Ottawa where he received his Bachelor’s in Psychology. Following university, Phil spent six years working at one of Kingston’s largest property management companies, where he had the unique pleasure of aiding hundreds of professionals, retirees, families, students, and immigrants transition into their new homes and rentals.
