Born and raised in Belleville, Ontario, Phil attended the University of Ottawa where he received his Bachelor’s in Psychology. Following university, Phil spent six years working at one of Kingston’s largest property management companies, where he had the unique pleasure of aiding hundreds of professionals, retirees, families, students, and immigrants transition into their new homes and rentals. To build upon his expertise in housing and rental properties, Phil completed his real estate license and joined ReMax Rise in 2018 and the Quaresma Group in 2019. Phil demonstrates his knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication for real estate by providing his clients with a tailored experience before, during, and after the transaction process.
